When should I call my agent? 


This is a great question! And the answer is straightforward: any time you have a question, concern, complaint or major life change - we want to hear from you! One of the major benefits of using an independent agent is that we encourage and invite you to communicate with us! Below are some (not all) specific situations that should prompt communication between the insured and their agent. 

Auto

  • You're getting a new car.
  • Your child gets their license.
  • You have a new person who regularly operates your vehicle.
  • Your child goes to college.
  • You've moved.
  • Your child makes honor roll.


Home

  • You're moving.
  • You're refinancing.
  • You've purchased (or, even better - been given the gift of) a beautiful new piece of jewelry/art/valuable item.
  • You get a new pet.
  • You purchase a boat, ATV, or snowmobile. 

Life/Financial

  • You have a new baby! 
  • You get married.
